Riverdale ArtWalk Online Art Sale Submission

You will have all the control of your storefront!

We understand the need of the artist to be nimble in this time of COVID; potentially needing to change pricing, shipping options etc on the fly. Based on this feedback, and after much review, sourcing, and testing, we have decided to work with a company called Eventeny to create our new and improved online store.



  • You will have a more robust profile in the store and it will provide you with complete access and flexibility to manage your store leading up to and through out the event.
  • You will be able to upload and refresh MORE content, stories, and images.
  • You will be able to set your own tax level.
  • You will be able to input customized shipping and handling for each piece.
  • Notifications and payments will be direct to artists emails and accounts.



Just like the Riverdale ArtWalk in the Park, the criteria is the same:

  • Only open to artists who have been successfully juried into Riverdale ArtWalk.
  • You may include up to 20 pieces of art.
  • Original art only – no functional art. Photographs and digital works must be signed by the artist and appropriately numbered indicating a limited number of prints of no more than 100.
  • Prints can be sold, but we ask you keep them to 20% of items displayed and sold in your store. (ie 20 pieces in your store – 2 can be prints). Only one print of the same image can be displayed at any time in your online store. The store will enable you to sell multiples of the same print by indicating the number available.
  • All artwork MUST be in your hands and available for sale.
  • Artists must complete a contract and waiver. 
  • Artists retain 100% of the sales – less transaction STRIPE fees (approx. 2.9%, plus 30 cents per transaction) and transaction fee of 5% (Eventeny). The Artists’ Network receives no commission or rebate back from any transaction fees. We recommend you add 10% to the cost of your art to cover these costs but it is up to the individual artist.
  • All artwork MUST be in your hands and available for sale.
  • Artists will be responsible for all shipping, shipping costs and communication with the client.
  • Artists will set shipping costs.
  • Artists must create a free STRIP account.

We strongly encourage you to take this time to set up your own online store so that you can continue to promote and sell while social distancing. We are busy compiling resources and organizing education seminars to help you accomplish this somewhat daunting task.



  • As with any retail store, you are responsible for all packaging and shipping to your customers.
  • Artists will be responsible for all communication with your customers.
  • All shipping/handling/packing fees are determined and managed by the artist. Artists have flexibility to set specifically for each piece they are selling. You will have the option to set as: free shipping, fixed shipping and set cost, calculate based on location – using the FedEx calculator, set paired shipping free, add a note regarding shipping/delivery restrictions.
  • Many artists are practising social distancing deliveries (porch drop offs) during this time.
  • Please note that our promotion for this sale will be focused on the local area in and surrounding the GTA, however sales may come from anywhere and the Artists’ Network takes no responsibility for the shipping of your art.

  1. You will use this Riverdale ArtWalk store link provided that will enable you to “Register/Sign up”. As well you will find additional a Step by Step Help Document and FAQ document here that you can download that will walk you through the process. It is critical you make sure you use this link so that your store sits under the Riverdale ArtWalk Online Store and Sale site. COMPLETE YOUR RIVERDALE ARTWALK ONLINE STORE LINK
    You will enter your business information and basic profile content and submit and you will get the following message: “your registration request has been submitted to the event organizer. You’ll receive a response once the event organizer review sand approves your request.”
  2. We will approve your registration request.
  3. You will be able to log in and proceed to upload images and create your online store. You can log in at anytime and add to and edit your store content.



We are using this content for our social campaign and marketing.
Our social team is using images, social tags and the short stories/bios provided for our social campaign. If you want to be included in our social outreach, please ensure you complete this form ONLINE so that we can share and post!


  • This form can not be saved. It must be completed and sent.
  • Image files must be submitted in the following format:  jpg format, no larger that 2 MBs each.
  • Images must be titled: “YourName_Title_Medium_Size (vertical x horizontal in inches)_Year(created).jpg”  Make sure to include both upper and lower case in your file name.

• After you click SUBMIT, if all required fields are correct, your information and images are emailed to us.

• In case of "one or more fields have an error" message, the field with the error is highlighted.

• The upload process can be slow. It is very important you wait for the spinning arrows below the big Submit button to appear followed by a green pop-up message box, informing you of a successful submission, before leaving the page. Otherwise, all data will be deleted, and the upload suspended, meaning we will not receive your submission.

• Safari users: may experience problems in the submission process and are advised to use another web browser or mobile phone.
