ABOUT FLIGHT PATTERN
Flight Pattern is a group exhibition by emerging artists exploring both change and consistency, and identity and belonging, as they aspire to break into the contemporary art scene. The demonstration of consistency can be seen through the art practices as each one of the artists, who have chosen a theme in direction with their future practices to find belonging.The fusion of these themes and approaches creates a pattern, which portrays a strong sense of unity these individuals collectively share, as artists taking flight into the contemporary art world hence the name, Flight Pattern.
This thesis show by Centennial College’s Fine Arts Program explores diverse reactions to change and unique perspectives around identity in a variety of mediums. Our presenting artists will be on-site for the show to answer any questions and explain their concepts. New and unseen works from this emerging talent are something you don’t want to miss!
